If you go to Vegas, Breakfast at Le Village Buffet at Paris is a must-do. For those of you who are new to our Vegas blogs, Le Village Buffet is an outdoor restaurant inside Paris, Las Vegas. It is set up like a French village. Each "house" serves food from a different region of France. The people cooking the food are actually French! After 3 months of limiting my carb intake to less than 60 per day, the caramelized Banana, Nutella, and heavy whipped cream cooked to order crepe, pictured above, was AMAZING!!!

This is the check in lobby at MGM Grand complete with huge video screens behind the check in desks, marble EVERYTHING, and a gold plated lion statue.
Vegas is constantly changing. This was our favorite mid-strip hotel, Bill's Gamblin' Hall. It was the most economical mid-strip hotel. It will soon be the most expensive, RIP Bill's Gamblin Hall.

The Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas has one of the best Rock museums in the world scattered around it's casino.

This is the shoe shine stand James Brown manned as a child!

Johnny Cash's guitar with handwritten lyrics to I Walk the Line.

Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones' Gretsch White Falcon!

You gotta love this - a complete set of ZZ Top stage outfits and an extremely sweet Gold Top Gibson Les Paul!

This was really cool - Johnny Ramone from the Ramones guitar. John William Cummings aka Johnny Ramone died in2004. There was a picture of Johnny playing this very guitar - modified with a Gibson pickup selector, a Seymour Duncan neck pickup, a Fender Stratocaster bridge pickup, a stop-bar string anchor and a Nashville ABR-1 Bridge and mis-matched knobs - onstage in 1995. My iPhone cover is a Ramones cover.

Our first dinner in Vegas was at the world famous Hoffbrauhaus. The walls of the entrance are covered with photos of celebrities that frequent this place. the weinerschnitzel is so huge that it is difficult to see the plate under it! Bands from Bavaria play during dinner. It's worth the price of admission just to see the enormously huge German woman! The other people in the to shot are normal size!
